We're on the lookout for an experienced Automotive Detailer who's ready to elevate our commitment to clients and collaborate seamlessly with our management team. If you're someone who sweats the small stuff and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift, you might just be our ideal candidate!

Duties include:

  • Ability to review repair orders and perform the job as efficiently as possible

  • Ability to learn new skills

  • Clean vehicle exterior by hand, brush or operating washing equipment

  • Ability to buff polish, wax, and clean the exterior of a vehicle

  • Ability to vacuum, shampoo, use extractor to remove stain, odors, etc.

  • Ability to clean vehicle interior in a timely matter

  • Cleaning of the work space and shop areas with our team at the end of each day

  • Maintaining any inventory of cleaning supplies

  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties

  • Strives to meet the monthly targets as a TEAM Member. 

Requirements & Assets:

  • Must have driving license with good abstract

  • Own transportation to work or ability to get to work

  • Experience in automotive detailing is an asset

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (or higher)

  • Have a strong passion for people and understand the true value of exceptional customer service

  • Be methodical and patient in their approach and have a keen eye for detail

  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

  • Put safety at the forefront by contributing and adhering to a safe and responsible workplace

  • Be physically capable of doing the job which includes frequently bending, crouching, reaching and able to handle tools and lift approximately 55lbs.

Targets & Details:

  • Minimum Wage to $18.00 /hour

  • Monthly Bonus based on Targets provided each month.

  • Commissions based on certain jobs (Minimum 1 year work time required)

  • Full-time/Part Time  positions available

  • Business hours Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm. Work schedule may vary based on seasonal busyness 

  • Annual Performance Review.
